Processing & Fulfillment

  • All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • As our tinctures are handcrafted in small batches, processing times may vary slightly during high-demand periods.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days after processing. Additional fees apply.
  • International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand internationally soon!

Shipping Carriers

We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure timely and secure delivery.

Free Shipping

  • Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Gaia's Garden is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged items so we can assist you.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses.
