At Gaia's Garden Organics, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted flower essences and herbal products. We want you to feel confident trying our natural remedies, which is why we offer a 14-day return window on eligible items. All of our products are grown, harvested, and prepared by hand at Gaia's Garden in Arkansas—from seed to bottle.

Our 14-Day Return Policy

Return Window & Guarantee

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we'll provide a full refund—no questions asked.

Important: Due to health and safety regulations for botanical products, certain items cannot be returned once opened. See our list of non-returnable items below.

Return Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and unopened: Product must be in its original, sealed condition
  • Original packaging: Item must be in the original packaging from Gaia's Garden
  • Proof of purchase: You'll need your receipt or order confirmation
  • Within 14 days: Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Not on final sale: Item must not be part of our final sale collections (see below)

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at hello@gaiasgardenorganics.com within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number in the subject line
  3. Let us know which items you'd like to return and why (optional)
  4. We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions and our return address
  5. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
  6. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days

Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, or damaged during shipping). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Our Responsibility

If we sent the wrong item, or if your product arrived damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. We'll also send your replacement or refund immediately.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will:

Inspection (1-2 Business Days)

Inspect the returned item to ensure it meets our return eligibility requirements (unopened, unused, original packaging).

Refund Processing (3-5 Business Days)

Process your refund to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Refund Arrival (5-10 Business Days)

Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns. You'll receive a full refund of your purchase price (excluding original shipping costs if applicable).

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

Due to health, safety, and quality standards for natural medicine and botanical wellness products, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Opened flower essences: Once the seal is broken, essences cannot be returned for safety reasons
  • Opened herbal tinctures: Used or opened tinctures cannot be returned
  • Opened herbal teas: Tea packages that have been opened cannot be returned
  • Any used or partially used products: Products that show signs of use
  • Items marked "Final Sale": Products in specific final sale collections (5 collections total)
  • Gift cards: Gift cards are non-refundable
  • Custom or personalized orders: Special orders made to your specifications

Important Safety Note: These restrictions are in place to maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and product integrity for all customers using our natural remedies.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

We take great care in preparing and packaging all orders. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we're here to make it right.

Steps for Damaged/Wrong Items

  1. Contact us at hello@gaiasgardenorganics.com within 14 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue
  3. Describe what's wrong or what item you expected to receive
  4. We'll provide a prepaid return label (no cost to you)
  5. Choose a replacement or full refund—your choice
  6. Your replacement ships immediately, or refund processes within 1 business day

Exchanges

We currently process exchanges as returns + new orders. If you'd like to exchange an item for a different product:

  • Request a return following the steps above
  • Once your return is processed, place a new order for the item you'd prefer
  • We'll prioritize shipping your new order once we receive your return

If you need a different size, scent, or product immediately, we recommend placing a new order first, then returning the original item once you receive the replacement.

Special Circumstances

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us within 14 days. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to locate your package or file a claim. Once resolved, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Damaged During Shipping

If your product arrives damaged due to shipping (broken bottle, leaking product, crushed packaging), please take photos and contact us immediately. We will send a replacement at no cost to you and file a claim with the carrier. You do not need to return damaged items.

International Orders

For international orders, the same 14-day return policy applies. However, please note:

  • Return shipping costs for international returns are the customer's responsibility unless the error was ours
  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes on returned items
  • International returns may take longer to process due to customs
  • Some countries have restrictions on importing botanical products—please check your local regulations before ordering
